EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ web-stores are supplied on a monthly (or yearly) subscription basis. By enrolling into the program a member is provided with a top level domain name on a monthly or yearly rental basis, and hosting of the domain is included in the membership fee. Once enrolled, a member is entitled to cancel their membership at any time and can do so my logging into their PayPal account and cancelling their subscription. By cancelling a subscription the member will be giving up all their rights to use the domain, and will also lose all rights to sell the products listed on their web-store. If a member decides to cancel their subscription, their access password to the webspace of their web-store and to the members' area will be cancelled also. When a member's monthly or annual membership fee becomes due, PayPal will automatically attempt to charge the renewal fee of to the member's PayPal account, or a credit card that the member has linked to their PayPal account. If PayPal are unable to collect the subscription fee they will automatically make a second attempt one week later, and if this fails also the member's web site will be suspended until such time as their subscription dues have been paid. Members are not allowed to purchase products from their own web-store Any member who is found to be purchasing products from their own web-store will have their membership terminated immediately. Likewise, if a member is found to be refunding multiple purchases by other people, or if our system administrators have good reason to believe that a member is having other people purchase multiple products from their web-store for them, this will lead to membership termination also. If a member has their memberhip terminated for breaching these Terms of Service, or if a member who has purchased a discounted annual subscription chooses to cancel their subscription for any reason on their own accord, they will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the subscription fees they have paid in advance. If a member cancels their subscription and wishes to reinstate it at a later date, a $20 setup fee will be charged. The reselling or distributing of products by non-members or by members who have had their membership suspended is strictly prohibited and is in breach of the publisher's copyright. We reserve the right to amend the above Terms of Service from time to time as may be deemed necessary. By enrolling into the EZ SELF-HELP SITE™ program, a member is agreeing to the above Terms of Service.
